When looking for an interior designer you want someone with an impeccable taste. Arefian Atelier's founder, Hanieh has created an incredibly beautiful home and home office, which gives you a very good idea how she is going to give you the best. She listens and understands what you are looking for and then makes it happen. She is a dream of a person and I trust her! She has such enthusiasm for her work, very detail oriented.
She can hang a picture for you or design an entire house with your architect. She will find you furniture, carpets, window coverings, paint colors and even pictures. She always follows up and you will never wonder when something will be delivered or completed. She's equipped with really cool interior design accessories, fine abstract art and some really great taste. I can't wait to see her new ventures and new design line up. I highly recommend Arefian Atelier. It's definitely worth stopping by!

Archeffect Design
Lilliana and Archeffect were absolutely fantastic. From the pre-construction meetings and conceptual designs, plans and blueprints, beginning the construction and throughout until the end, Lilliana was on time, professional, and totally on point. We got several different bids on the construction/ remodel work, and Lilli's contractor gave us the best one of them all, so we were happy to use them.
I have no experience whatsoever with construction, but my dad is a revered architect and designer who has won tons of awards, and when he came over to see the progress on the project, he was really impressed. Note: We did not use my dad because although he's a genius, it would've likely taken 6 months and cost us 4 times as much for the project to get done, as my dad does everything high end, and this was a garage project.
Lilliana pulled permits and made the entire permitting process (which we've heard from friends can be quite hellish) an absolute breeze. The blueprints she drew up and 3D renderings made us feel like we knew the space intimately before construction had even started, and she took detailed measurements of all of our pre-existing furniture that was to go in the structure so we could plan design and electrical work around our needs. We wouldn't hesitate to use Lilliana and Archeffect again, and will be happy to recommend her to anyone. Feel free to message me if you have any more questions about the work Archeffect did for us.

Here are some details about the house plan I worked on with Anthony:
I had the pleasure of working with Anthony on a full exterior remodel of my Mom's house. Being that she is handicapped it was very important that the work be completed professionally, quickly, within a strict budget, and with people I could trust. I found all that and more in Anthony. He and his crew are very professional. They arrive on time, work quickly, have great attention to detail, and are incredibly clean. Plus his entire crew treated my mother with great respect and care throughout the project. We ended up doing more work than planned because it was going so well. It is also important to note that Anthony builds smart. He was full of various ideas whenever a creative solution was needed and was generous with his time in explaining the pros and cons of each. He understood our underlining goal of improving my mother's quality of life while keeping her finances under control. Even within her limited budget he never cut corners with building materials, construction or aesthetics. He devised numerous ways to make sure we got what we wanted while keeping us within our means. Construction is a moving target. Things change once you start the process. We were very fortunate to have Anthony on our side during this project. We wouldn't have gotten these fantastic results without him.
